KHCDT is equipping all with market-relevant skills and vocational training.
In a region grappling with youth unemployment and underemployment, vocational and skills training programs are vital for economic inclusion and poverty reduction. KHCDTs implement structured capacity-building initiatives that target youths, women, and vulnerable groups in host communities. These programs equip beneficiaries with hands-on, marketable skills ranging from tailoring and ICT to welding and agribusiness while also offering entrepreneurial support, access to microcredit, and start-up tools. The objective is to foster a generation of skilled individuals who can become self-reliant, establish enterprises, and contribute productively to their local economies.
