The KEFFESO Host Community Development Trust (KHCDT) is guided by an independently established Board of Trustees, formed in accordance with constitutional provisions. This diverse and experienced body is deeply rooted in the values of community service and sustainable development. Each trustee is carefully nominated by the community and selected based on professional merit and a demonstrated commitment to long-term impact.
The Board is supported by two key community-based structures: the Host Community Management Committee, comprising both Executive and Adhoc arms, and the Host Community Advisory Committee. These bodies play a crucial role in program implementation, ensuring that our initiatives are responsive, inclusive, and effective.
Together with community representatives and external partners, our governance framework ensures transparency, accountability, and the successful delivery of our mission.
